Terms and conditions

Check-in / check-out
Check-in : from 12:00 a.m. to 22:00.
Check-out : till 11:00 a.m.
However, should the necessity arise, special schedules may be arranged, provided the request is made by phone in advance.

Payments
We request you to pay 30% of the total sum at the time of booking by means of wire transfer or online banking. The rest of the sum has to be paid either by online banking, wire transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Cancellations
A cancellation of the booking has to be made 72 hours prior to arrival. For any cancellation made in advance of 72 hours prior to arrival we will charge you a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the sum paid. For all cancellations until 72 hours prior to arrival we will charge you the equivalent of one night’s stay, in accordance with the valid rate for the period of the sojourn based on the type of accommodation booked by you.

For all types of cancellation an additional administrative fee of 15€ will be levied.

Booking changes
Changing rooms is possible, with at least 72 hours of prior notice, depending on availability. Villa Armonia may propose upgrades to the current booking.
Adding more nights of sojourn is possible at all times, depending on availability. Reducing the number of nights is only possible with 72 hours prior notice based on the time of arrival. For all other scenarios the cancellation conditions apply.
Name-changes are accepted at any time, always provided a written request is sent to us (by letter or e-mail) before arrival.

Pets
Villa Armonia welcomes our four-legged friends. Should you suffer from allergies or intolerances, we would request you to tell us about it either in writing or by telephone.

Key loss
Losing your room keys will result in an administrative charge of 100 €

Damages to furniture or other infrastructure
Eventual damages which can be attributed to the guest’s actions have to be paid for at the moment of departure.

Our privacy policy
We care for your personal data and guarantee to safeguard them in accordance with the applicable legal guidelines.
Those data will be exclusively used for the promotion of our products, for quality-control and for sending promotional offers either by newsletter or telephone, unless our guests explicitly desire otherwise. In no case whatsoever will your personal data be passed on to third parties.
